The LAB Management Group (“LAB Management Group,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), provides this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to describe how we collect, use, and share the information of individuals who visit our website at https://lab-usa.net/ and other websites (the “Sites”) or apps (the “App”) that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
Information Collection

For example, we collect this information when you send a message through our online forms or otherwise interact with the Services or with us.
When using our App, you may provide your employee identification number and information relating to worksite safety, such as jobsite location information or details of an incident. With your permission, we may also collect photographs and other information from your device’s camera and photo library as well as phone contacts.
We (and other entities) automatically collect information relating to your interactions with us and our Services, including browser type, IP address, pages visited, device type, time and date of visit, and other information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Information Use
We may use your information for any lawful purpose, including the following:
- To respond to your inquiries and offer support;
- To manage your App account;
- To operate and improve our products and services;
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of our services;
- To operate, personalize, and improve the Services, including for analytics purposes;

- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent;

- If you are a contractor to LAB Contracting Group, with your employer if you submit information through the App;
- With any affiliates or joint venture partners that we may have in the future;
- As part of a corporate sale, merger, or acquisition, or other transfer of all or part of our assets, including as part of a bankruptcy proceeding;
- Pursuant to a subpoena, court order, governmental inquiry, or other legal process or as otherwise required by law, to protect our rights or the rights of third parties, or to protect the safety or security of any person or entity; and
- With your consent or as otherwise disclosed at the time of information collection or sharing.
- We may share information that has been de-identified or aggregated without limitation.
Digital Analytics
We work with third parties that collect data about your use of the Services and other sites or apps over time for analytics purposes. LAB Contracting Group uses Google Analytics and other third-party services to improve the performance of the Services and for analytics and marketing purposes.

Verification Process and Required Information
